1. Clean the pan with warm water; 2. Heat the pan, scrub it with fat meat for 3 minutes 3. Clean the pan with hot water 4. Scrub the pan constantly with fat meat 5. Do not clean the pan after step 4 6. Clean the pan the next day
1. Pre-heat the pan before frying or cooking 2. Apply small heat if cover is used and medium heat if without lid 3. The pan might turn yellow after long time use, it will be as good as new after cleaning (Hot pan, cool water, use cleanser essence) 4. Recommend cooking over small or medium fire. 5. Do not let the pan sit empty over big heat, it would affect the lifetime of the pan 6. keep the pan dry if will not use it for a long time.
