HOW WILL I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We offer Cash on Delivery. All major card providers (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) including payment gateway partner Paypal can also be used as payment methods.
HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
We have an on-going promo that doesn't charge shipping fee for all orders.
WHAT IS ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY?
It takes 2 to 5 days to deliver the item to Metro Manila and 4 to 10 days to provinces. However some items may take 1 to 3 weeks due to the high volume of orders especially for some unique and specialty items where our manufacturers are based from different parts of the world. But we do our best to deliver your order the fastest time possible.
CAN YOU DELIVER MY ORDER ON THE WEEKEND?
Usually most order will not be delivered on the weekend. However, some of the couriers we have deliver some item on Saturdays.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
The tracking number will be sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you didn't receive it, please contact us so we can send you the tracking number.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
To make sure we deliver the product the fastest way possible, order is processed immediately. Order cannot be changed or cancelled for this reason. So make sure all information are carefully check before placing your order. If there is a mistake, please contact us immediately.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Our fulfillment center will not be able to change the shipping address for orders that are already on their way. Our couriers will not be able also to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM THAT I PURCHASED?
Please refer to our Refund Policy Page. Please contact us and let us know the reason if you need to return the item. Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
